FCM

The FCM, Flexible Cable Mattress, is made of dozens of prefabricated concrete blocks interlocking each other with compression strength of 530Mpa and more. It prevents anchors or fishing gears from cutting undersea electricity and telecommunication cables.

  • Improves the shortcomings of the conventional undersea cable protection methods, such as rock-bombs and U-ducts.
  • Combination of center, left and right blocks enables to build modular blocks according to each individual customer’s desired width and length

Artificial Rock

The exteriors of artificial rocks are rendered as natural rocks that blend perfectly into their surroundings.

  • Mixing "special mineral pigment" with the carbon fibre-reinforced concrete(CFRC), a critical ingredient of the artificial rock, to render realistic base colors that blend well with the colors of rocks in their surroundings
  • Carbon fibre-reinforced concrete(CFRC) is chemically stable, does not get degraded, and provides reinforcement for a long time

Warock Block

Warock block is a prefabricated reinforced concrete structures installed to dissipate waves in order to protect offshore or port facilities.

  • Ensures reliability thorough precast concrete factory prefabrication, instead of outdoor on-site fabrication where conditions vary depending on weather and surroundings
  • Reduces the number of workers and construction time, thus avoiding local complaints

Wave-Dissipating Panel

Made of a PSC concrete structure and installed between the top beam and the ground, the structure dissipates waves by transmitting the wave force to the top structure and to the ground.

  • Reinforced bars similar to the pile’s end reinforcement is used to connect the top-half of the structure's fender beam, and approx. 7m of the bottom-half of wave-dissipating panel is installed in the seabed, dispersing the wave force to the ground.
